CRIME POLICE INVESTIGATING AFTER BULLET HOLE FOUND IN APARTMENT DOOR DAVID LEA dlea@metroland.com Halton police are inves- gating ie an Oakville ident disc: appeared to be: a bullet h ie their door on Tuesday, Dec. 27. The individual, who turned to their unit at 2:45 p.m., to find the hole in their door, police said. Officers were contacted and upon arriving, ob- served another bullet hole in the door of a unit across the hall. They have con- firmed that both holes were likely made by bul- lets. Police, believing the bullet had come from in- side the other unit, execut- ed a search warrant at 8:10 pm., the same day. At around 4 pm., ac- cording to police, a resi- dent was walking their dog area of Dundas Street and Trafalgar Road when a vehicle approached and the individual was al- legedly shot with what they described as some sort of BB or pellet gun. Police say that moments later, an individual stand- ing near a bus stop in the same area was allegedly shot by the same type o: projectiles, fired from a passing vehicle. No one was injured dur- ing the incidents. g Halton police were called to the area and soon located a vehicle and made three arrests.
