With Royal Buy-Back, monthly payments are up to 20% lower, guaranteed, depending on the Royal Buy-Back term chosen, than with regular financing. Trustee has input on director's performance Public school trustees took a fellow trustee's concerns about being included in the review to heart at last week's board meeting. Up for debate was a report on the education director's upcoming annual performance review. A change in process was to see the review committee made up of the chairs of each of the board's standing committees instead of volunteer', trustees. Ward 3 trustee John Scheel raised concerns about the change and the result that some trustees, like himself, couldn't have input into the process at the committee level if they chose. The director's performance review is conducted annually and is expect ed to be completed by the committee towards the end of this school year. After debating the concern, trustees voted to include Scheel on the review committee even though he's not a chair of any standing committee.
