Officers from Halton Regional Police Service's Child Abuse and Sexual Assault Bureau made the arrest earlier this week. The 18-year-old woman reported being sexually assaulted on Sept. 8 between 7:30 and 8 a.m. in the area of Pinegrove Six other victims come forward after jogger's complaint School on Fourth Line south of Speers Road. As a result of media coverage of the circumstances of this incident, an additional six victims came forward to report similar occurrences to police. The 18-year-old woman reported that a man approached her as she was jogging in the area of Pinegrove School. The man attempted to kiss her while she stopped to stretch. After a brief struggle the man groped her breast. The woman broke free, and fled the area. The man was last seen walking eastbound through the parking area of Pinegrove School. The incident was reported to police at a later date and officers conducted a search and canvass of the immediate area. The suspect was described as a middle-aged white male, five-feet nineinches tall, weighing 160 pounds with straight grey hair, a couple of days' growth of beard and yellow teeth. He was reported as wearing a dark-coloured winter coat with buttons, dark pants, black work boots, and spoke only in Italian. Facing six counts of sexual assault and one count of assault is Nikola Cimbur Sr., 82, of Brookside Drive. Cimbur is to appear Oct. 10 in provincial court in Milton. Police are continuing to investigate the incidents.
