The three-hour workshop will teach people to invest in some `strategic planning time," to discover how satisfied you are in your personal and professional lives, determine the core set of personal values that you must uphold to achieve fulfillment, and lastly, set smart goals to help you get there, says workshop facilitator, Yvonne Attard of Yvonne Attard coaching. The C.O.R.E. workshop will be held at Town Hall, 1225 Trafalgar Road, in Committee Room 1 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Cost is $25 per person for C.O.R.E. members or $50 per person for nonmembers.
