The Oakville resident was honoured at a banquet Thursday in Toronto for his work in developing and building single family homes, and for his contribution to the local community. The recognition, Gilgan said, was unexpected. "I was sincerely surprised," he said in a phone interview yesterday. "That, and I was incredibly impressed - more impressed with the number of other folks on the stage than I was with my accomplishments." SALE accused of importing heroin An Oakville man was arrested at his home Thursday night following the seizure of approximately 100 grams of heroin by Canada Border Services Agency officers at the International Mail Centre in Mississauga.
