LTD. 905-634-6300 Pictures - www.shaferauction.com or centuries humans have pondered the question of why we exist, and what our purpose is on this Earth. We have debated, pondered and fought each other for the answer to this all-encompassing question throughout our entire existence. Quantum physics is a fairly recent idea, combining science and philosophy to formulate a theory seemly from a science fiction film. The universe, as we have always been told is comprised entirely of tiny particles called atoms, or so we thought. Scientific progress has taught us much over the years, there are much smaller things than atoms that make up the fabric of our universe: leptons, hadrons, quarks and tau particles have all been added to the list as we delve deeper into the labs of modern science. All over the world, institutions have been set up to further explore and understand the function of these tiny bits of existence. Though particles do exist within our universe, experiments have shown that they don't exactly follow the rules that confine us. Many defy gravity, ignore velocity and perform the ultimate party trick of vanishing entirely to re-appear later. It is important to understand that every object in our universe is composed of these particles, and that they are constantly vibrating, sending messages in the form of waves to our senses. From the newspaper you hold in front of you, particles vibrate, sending light waves to interact with your eyes and sound waves to your ears as you wrinkle it. For example, the news- Pool Heater Repair WE SERVICE & CARRY PARTS FOR TD Laars, Jandy, Hayward, Mini Max, Raypak, Sta-Rite. If you were to shut your eyes, block out all sound and drop the newspaper, according to quantum law, the newspaper could be anywhere: behind you, Las Vegas or the moon. The fundamental base of quantum physics is this: particles react to our observation and manipulation in the form of infinite possibility, and if we can alter the way we observe the newspaper, the particles can bend to our will to create something else entirely. Those who believe in quantum physics consciously focus on their surroundings to have nothing but positive events fill their days. The Secret by Rhonda Byrne explores this theory. She explains that when a person feels something, such as hatred or love, that emotion spreads throughout their environment and repeats itself so that the next thing that happens to you will give you that same emotion again. To make this more scientific, it has been proven that the cells in the human body, such as skin cells and the cells that make up your toenails, all react to human emotion. When a person becomes depressed, the body cells also become depressed in a way, producing more toxins, which are harmful to the body, and reproducing more depressed cells as they do so. This is why it's said that depression is an illness not only of the mind, but of the body as well. A recent experiment in Japan was conducted with a set of bottles filled with natural spring water. On each bottle was written either a positive or negative phrase such as I hate you, or I forgive you. After sitting for a while, the water in each bottle was examined simultaneously under an electronscanning microscope. The particles in the bottles with the negative phrases seemed black and jagged-edged, the others seemed almost snowflake-like. It really is quite astonishing to think of the possibility of having such power. It seems, taking these experiments into question, that humans truly do have the ability to manipulate the universe as they please. And if we do, just what might we do with our power upon realizing we possess it? www.hiddenlakegolf.com 36 Championship holes Home of the Canadian Open qualifier Complete premier practice facility Golf clinics, Jr. Golf Camps & private coaching taught by qualified professionals Best Golf Pro Shop in the area!
