www.oakvillebeaver.com The Oakville Beaver, Friday August 8, 2008 - 9 Drug bust on Dorval Three Oakville residents are facing drug-related charges after police raided a Dorval Drive apartment on Wednesday. Halton police said they had been watching a particular Oakville resident since July, when the Integrated Guns and Gangs task force, which had initiated the investigation, called in the Halton Regional Police Service Drug and Morality Bureau after becoming aware of alleged drug activity in the area. On Wednesday at around 8:45 p.m., a 42-year-old Oakville woman was arrested in the Dorval Drive area after police observed her meeting with the original target of their investigation. Police said a quantity of crack cocaine was seized at that time. Moments later, police executed a search warrant of an apartment at 1160 Dorval Dr., seizing 22 grams of crack cocaine, 86 ecstasy tablets, three grams of marihuana and approximately $750 in cash. Natasha Hall, 30, and Dwayne Nairn, 29, of Dorval Drive, have been charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance for the purposes of trafficking and one count of possession of a controlled substance. Nairn is also facing an additional charge of trafficking in a controlled substance. Tammy Bedder, 42, of South Forester Park Drive in Oakville, has been charged with one count of possession of a controlled substance.
