Police said the death is not considered suspicious, however, the investigation is continuing. Investigators are trying to determine Westlin's whereabouts and actions prior to his death. Police said he may have been riding a bicycle in the area of Fourth Line and Pinegrove Road early Sunday morning. Hike times are 6 p.m., 6:30 p.m., 7 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. The public skating rink at the park will offer extended hours on New Year's Eve, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 a.m. (weather permitting). The Park Store will be serving up hot food and drinks from 10 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. and also offers skate rentals for both children and adults. The park's Children's Farm and Playbarn are open daily from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. throughout the winter. There is no additional fee for use of the skating rink or Playbarn after obtaining a daily vehicle permit. Daily vehicle permits are $13.85 per vehicle.
