Police issue HIV warning Police have issued a warning to anyone who may have had sexual relations with a man who was recently arrested. Hamilton police arrested "Justus" Patrick Zela, 35, for the offence of aggravated sexual assault. Zela, say police, has a medical condition requiring notice to sexual partners of his medical condition prior to sexual contact. To do otherwise, substantiates an offence of aggravated sexual assault, said police. Zela was arrested in Tatamagouche, Nova Scotia and returned to Hamilton. Halton police disclosed the information late this week to warn potential victims in Halton. Zela, who is more commonly known as Justus, has also used the following names Dharma, Organic Farmer Guy and Farmer Guy. It is recommended anyone having sexual contact after 2003 with Zela call their medical practitioner be tested for all STDs including HIV. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Hamilton Police Sexual Assault Branch, Detective Duncan McCulloch, Sexual Assault Unit, 905540-5543. 7 · OAKVILLE BEAVER Saturday, March 7, 2009 March into Museum for a break Take part in an explosion of colour this March Break at Oakville Museum.
