Passed away at Royal Victoria Hospital, Barrie on Friday June 26th, 2009. Paul Channen, son of the late Ted and Anne Channen. Dear brother of Ruth and Michael Channen and brother in-law of Helen Channen. Predeceased by his brothers Eric and Ross and his sister Rae Channen. Paul will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by his many nieces and nephews and their families. Barrie on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service was held at St. Peter's Anglican Church, 2412 Ronald Road, Minesing on Tuesday June 30th, 2009 at 11 o'clock a.m. with 1 hour visitation prior to service. Cremation followed. Memorial donations to St. Peter's Anglican Church or the Barrie Kiwanis Music Festival would be appreciated by the family.
