OAKVILLE BEAVER Friday, September 18, 2009 · 8 ingeborg shoes FITNESS SANO shoes for a better body shape Last-minute Liberal entry Oakville riding set to pick a candidate Tuesday Even as the Oakville Federal Liberal Association prepares to vote on Tuesday, for a candidate to take it into the next election, another contender has joined the race. Five-year Oakville resident Stuart Howe declared his candidacy earlier this week. In doing so, he joins Oakville businesswoman Darla Campbell, Ward 3 Councillor Mary Chapin, Inclusion International leader Connie LaurinBowie and Ward 6 Councillor Max Khan as they battle for the nomination. Howe, whose background includes business, radio and the arts, acknowledges that he is late entering the race, but believes many Oakville Liberals are still searching for the one candidate who can win in the next federal election. Howe, 42, was born and raised near Saint John, New Brunswick. He has a Theatre Arts Diploma from Edmonton's Grant MacEwan College, a Performance Stuart Howe Diploma from Oberlin College in Ohio and studied at the New England Conservatory of Music in Boston before taking the international stage as one of Canada's young operatic tenors. 63731562 INGEBORG'S WAREHOUSE by M E P H I S T O 1681 FINFAR COURT, MISSISSAUGA 905-823-7415 Hours: Mon.-Sat. 9 to 5 Sun. 11 to 4 We build strong kids, strong families, strong communities.
