TransCanada announced earlier this month that it has placed an order with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd., for two sets of gas turbines and generators, intended to become the core components of the Oakville Generating Station. Third Halton senior succumbs to H1N1 By Tim Foran METROLAND WEST MEDIA GROUP See Turbines page 8 A man in his seventies is the third Halton resident to die from pandemic H1N1 influenza after being hospitalized with the virus recently, the Region's Medical Officer of Health Dr. Bob Nosal said Monday afternoon. It's against Halton Region's policy to give out details such as the victim's name, residence or when exactly he died. However, Nosal confirmed the man had underlying medical conditions. A man in his 80s living in a long-term care home and a woman in her 70s died earlier this month after being hospitalized with the virus. Both also had underlying medical conditions.
