Healthy Gourmet creates menu for stylist By Dominik Kurek OAKVILLE BEAVER STAFF A hair stylist and businessman had his Oakville home converted into a television studio recently and thanks to the experience, he should be able to dish out a tasty and healthy new meal. Remo Bot, co-owner of Haartek Salon in Toronto, had the production crew of Healthy Gourmet, which airs on the VIVA television network, in his home March 28 and 29. Bot was filmed cooking, along with the show's co-hosts, nutritionist Julie Daniluk and chef Ezra Title, over the two-day period. "I knew it was going to be hectic, but I figured two days of sacrifice for a little PR (public relations), a little exposure would be great," Bot said. "It was a little overwhelming with waking up at six in the morning and your whole house literally taken over except for your bedrooms." Bot, who has a staff of about 36 people in two salon locations, often entertains his colleagues at home, however, not all of them shares the same tastes he does.
