The riders then leave Burlington around 9:30 a.m., taking one of two scenic routes, either to Niagara or St. Jacobs. The riders will return mid- to-late afternoon. Each route will be led by a ride captain who is either a cur- rent, or retired, police officer. The riders will return to Spencer Smith Park, which will be the location of Burlingtons 15th annual Ribfest that week- end. Each rider gets a rib dinner and a T-shirt.
