Notice of zoning by-law passing Zoning by-law amendment Town wide - town initiated File: 42.03.84 Oakville Council passed Zoning By-law Amendment 2010-105 under Section 34, of the Planning Act, as amended on the 9th day of August, 2010. The purpose and effect of Zoning By-law Amendment 2010-105 is to enhance and strengthen the zoning and licensing by-laws to be consistent for regulating lodging houses.
