A key success element to this role is providing high quality coaching to all staff. Working with the Regional Director of Sales & Services, the Branch Manager will develop a strategy of personal involvement in the local community to enhance the corporate image and generate "new business" opportunities. As well, the manager will develop and implement "team" oriented activities and involvement to raise local profile for the Credit Union. The Branch Manager will be required to achieve targets and employee engagement that is measured during the year. Candidates will have a minimum of fi ve to seven years fi nancial services industry experience. This background should include both deposit and lending experience, and 2-3 years in a management or supervisory position. Individuals should be results focused, demonstrate strong communication skills, leadership ability, team development skills and business development experience.
