We are investigating similar rob- beries, which have occurred across the GTA over the last six months, said Detective Sergeant Anthony Odoardi of the Oakville Criminal Investigations Bureau. The first suspect is described as being in his mid-twenties, 5-foot-8, wearing a V-neck black sweater, black jeans, white running shoes, sunglasses, a bandana, gloves and a baseball cap. The second suspect is described as being in his mid-twenties, 6-foot-1, wearing a dark sweater, blue jeans, a baseball cap and a bandana. This is not the first time the Telus store on Wyecroft has been robbed. In late May 2011, suspects broke into the same store while it was closed and made off with $40,000 worth of electronic items. Video footage from that crime showed two suspects inside the store. Both suspects in that incident are described as white, male, wearing dark hooded sweatshirts, and dark gloves. One male was wearing a dark sweatshirt with a white design on sleeves and possibly a white, gothic design on the back. Police are continuing to investi- gate these incidents and anyone with information related to them is asked to contact the Oakville Criminal Investigations Bureau at 905-825- 4747, ext. 2215 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
