He believes that the key to creating a great smile is to have clear and open communication between his patients, ceramist and himself. To achieve this he has developed a special treatment communication form that he uses to predictably plan and complete smile makeovers for his patients. The form has been so popular that it is used in a number of dental practices in Toronto and across North America. The seven-foot-tall wood- en chief, which was stolen in the middle of the night last week, was dropped off, again overnight, behind the neigh- bouring Oakview Funeral Home on Wednesday. Im so happy hes back, said a jubilant Alex Razek, co-owner of the cigar shop. Razek was surprised to see the wooden statue returned. I was actually thinking of ordering another guy. I put in an order already for another Indian. This thing is 20 years old and has a his- tory behind it. Its an antique piece. He also credits the Beaver for the Indians return, as the newspaper published a story on its disappearance last week. If it wasnt for the Beaver, that thing wouldnt have been returned, he said. The roughly 500-pound wooden statue was returned mostly intact with minor damage to its base. The chief has stood in front of the Oakville shop for about five years.
