Police say they were called to the man's residence at 3 a.m., where they discovered a woman who had been assaulted and robbed of her car and ATM card. The suspect fled the area before officers arrived. A police search ensued and the man was found hiding in the area of Pilgrims Way and Cottonwood Crescent. It was close to where the victim's stolen car was located. The woman was taken to OakvilleTrafalgar Memorial Hospital where she received treatment for injuries sustained during the assault, police said. She was later released from hospital. Jordan McPhee is charged with sexual assault causing bodily harm, forcible confinement, robbery and theft of a vehicle.
