Halton Regional Police reported the charges stem from an incident, which is alleged to have occurred in 2002, at the Morningstar Taekwondo Studio, located at 1410 Speers Rd., Unit 5, where the accused was a parttime instructor. The alleged victim was a student at the school. Police said the accused has not worked at the Oakville taekwondo school since 2002 and is no longer instructing martial arts classes. Konstantinos Danny Laikos is facing charges of sexual assault, sexual interference and sexual exploitation.
