The mock game was part of the Argos' pre-season workouts, featuring Toronto's offensive unit against the defence. ALICIA WYNTER / COURTESY OF TORONTO ARGONAUTS Trainer seeking fitness model title Local personal trainer and fitness instructor Jill Pasma (pictured, right) will be among the competitors at this weekend's International Fitness Competition in Mississauga. The 26-year-old Oakville Trafalgar graduate will vie for the fitness model title (novice division) at the meet, which will be held Saturday. After spending four years as a trainer and studio co-ordinator in Europe, Pasma returned to Oakville last year to open her own company, Fit Bunnies Fitness. Since then, she successfully completed her first marathon in a time of 4:01, thanks in part to an unconventional training method that sees her eat no diary or wheat while using only Crossfit exercises (no running more than 800-metre sprints). -- Photo by Dave Lau 19 · Wednesday, July 18, 2012 OAKVILLE BEAVER · www.insideHALTON.com OAKVILLE SOCCER CLUB COBA Stags earn gold in Pittsburgh Featuring three Oakville players, the Central Ontario Basketball All-Stars Stags under-14 boys recently won the Cochran Summer Slam Fest in Pittsburgh.
