WHITE, Tom Sadly passed away peacefully on Monday, September 17th, 2012 at age 49, after an unexpected heart attack. Beloved son of Jim and We n d y W h i t e o f O a k v i l l e , a n d brother to Beverley, now living in England. Tom resided for 22 years at Millhouse Resthome, Acton, where he was caringly looked after by Josie Dayao and her wonderful staff. Many thanks to them and the staff in the Critical Care Unit at the Credit Valley Hospital for all the care and attention they gave him. Cremation will take place in Burlington with no visitation or service. Any donations to The Schizophrenia Society of Ontario would be appreciated.
