In the bowl of an electric mixer, beat butter until creamy smooth. Add the Kurtz Cabernet Wine Jelly, eggs and vanilla and mix until blended. Sift in the flour, baking soda, salt and cocoa powder. Beat slowly until smooth. Do not overbeat. Stir in the chocolate chips and incorporate with a wooden spoon. Spoon mounds of cookie dough on a cookie sheet 1-inch apart. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from oven and cool on a cookie rack. When completely cool, dust with icing sugar and drizzle with chocolate sauce.
