Beat slowly until smooth. Do not overbeat. Stir in the chocolate chips and incorporate with a wooden spoon. Spoon mounds of cookie dough on a cookie sheet 1-inch apart. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from oven and cool on a cookie rack. When completely cool, dust with icing sugar and drizzle with chocolate sauce.
