Quibell, Elizabeth Ruth "Beth" (née Bailey) (Died)

Quibell, Elizabeth Ruth (Beth) (nee Bailey) Passed away peacefully at the Northumberland Hills Hospital in Cobourg, ON, on Thursday, February 7, 2013 at 10:40 am with her family by her side. Born in Lindsay, ON, Beth was the beloved wife of James E. Quibell (married October 16, 1965 at Chalmers United Church in Kingston); loving mother of Martine (Derek) and predeceased daughter Andrea (1995); grandmother of Alanna and Christopher; sister to Bonnie Cochrane (Jim), Joanne Bailey and Judy Bailey. Cremation has taken place, and at Beth's request, a private scattering will take place in the spring at the Riverside Cemetery Gardens in L i n d s a y, O N . T h e r e w i l l b e a 'Celebration of Life' for Beth's family and friends to be held in the spring at the Cobourg Yacht Club. Details will follow. The family would like to thank nurse Annika and staff from St. Elizabeth Health Care for the care given to Beth when she was being tended to at home. They also thank Dr. Moorsom, Debbie and the fabulous team in the Palliative Care Unit at NHH for their endless support, compassion and kindness.
