EASSON, Donald James March 5, 1929 - March 1, 2013 It is with a sense of sadness and joy that we say good bye to our dear husband and father Donald Easson on March 1, 2013 at OakvilleTrafalgar Memorial Hospital at the age of 83. Surrounded by his loving wife, children and grandchildren he peacefully went home to be with Jesus. He was a much loved husband of Barbara and cherished father of Glyn, Gay (Stephen) and Kim (Miles); treasured grandfather o f M i c h a e l , B r e n d a n , A n d r e w, J e r e m y, S a r a h , K a t i e , J o e l a n d Rachel. He leaves us with an inspiring example of Christlikeness, living his life to the full, with love, courage, grace and kindness toward his family, many friends, and to the stranger. The family would like to thank the Emergency, ICU and 4 Centre staff at the OakvilleTrafalgar Memorial Hospital, and at Post Inn Village for their incredible care and dedication. A service to celebrate Don's life took place at KO P R I VA TAY L O R C O M M U N I T Y FUNERAL HOME, 64 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville on Tuesday, March 5th at 1:00 pm, with visitation prior to the service from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm. If desired, donations can be made to The Heart and Stroke Foundation, The Canadian Cancer Society, Living Truth Ministry, The Peoples Church, 374 Sheppard Ave E. Toronto M2N 3B6, or the charity of your choice.
