Oakville winners are Olivia Fiedler, Klara Franklyn, Seiji Nakagawa and Kristyn Spears. The awards are handed out by Ontario's Lieutenant Governor David C. Onley, to youths aged 14-15 for challenges they took up in four areas: community service, skills development, physical fitness and adventurous journey. The awards were founded by Prince Philip and were established in Canada in 1963. There are bronze, silver and gold awards.
