Jan Truman, born in Wrexham, Wales, beloved wife of John Truman, and dear mother of Ryan. Jan will be sadly missed by her brother Kevin Higgins, her extended family and many friends in Canada, the UK and elsewhere around the world. SAGE: Kenneth William Passed away peacefully at Huronview Home, Clinton on Sunday, June 23, 2013 in his 86th year. He was predeceased by his wife Eileen and daughter Pamela in 1957. Ken leaves his beloved wife of 55 years (on August 2nd), Lucy and his children Leslie (Colleen), Patricia (David) and Janet (Steven). Also survived by his grandchildren Erin, Brenda, Lindsay, Neil, Richard, Emma and Richard who will always remember Grampie's fun and games, the tuck shop at the cottage and the ever present bag of "nummies". Ken was a chemist and worked at Fuller Brush and Alberto Culver during the 50's, 60's and 70's. In their "retirement" Ken and Lucy owned the Living Lighting Store in Oakville before selling the business in 1989 and properly retiring to Grand Cove in Grand Bend, Ontario. A memorial service is planned for Monday, August 26, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at Falconer Funeral Homes Clinton Chapel, 153 High Street, Clinton, Ontario N0M 1L0 (519-482-9521) with a reception to follow at Clinton United Church. Interment to follow at Glen Oaks Memorial Gardens. A special thank you to the wonderful staff and volunteers at Ian Anderson House who provided Donnie with loving care during his last days.
