This day was made possible with the help of Dentistry From The Heart, an international charity organization that helps dentists organize such events. "It was an amazing day," says Dr. James Younger, owner of Smileworx Dental. "It was wonderful to be able to give back to our community. There really is a need for those who can't afford vital dental care." By the end of the day, the team at Smileworx treated more than 40 people, donating the equivalent of over $8000 of dentistry. Dr. Younger and the Smileworx team would especially like to thank their generous sponsors: Black Forest Pastry Shop, The Second Cup, O'Finn's Irish Temper, Cobb's Fresh Bread, The Running Company, World of Water, The Oakville Beaver, Sinclair Dental Supply, Northern Surgical Dental Supply, Colgate, SunStar Dental Supplies, and the volunteers from The Canadian Academy of Dental Health who donated their time.
