Five times per week KSM welcomes individuals and families to drop-in for a meal and spend time relaxing and socializing in a friendly, safe environment. Filling the Void Without the help of local food banks many families would have to make the difficult decision to `eat today' or `pay rent tomorrow'. Food banks give families who lack financial resources the peace of mind that they can make it through another week or two. Last year the KSM Food Bank distributed $1.2 million in grocery items to our clients. We also distribute approximately 600 loaves of bread each week.
