Over the next eight months, more than 700 bowls are painted by community artisans and volunteers, 700 tickets are sold, 100 volunteers will assist on the day of the event, 18 food vendors will provide delectable delights, and 12 corporate sponsors will provide sponsorship support. In addition, more than $100,000 will be raised to help local single-parent families facing the devastation of homelessness here in Oakville and across Halton. This year's event marks the second year The Taylor Group has been the title sponsor. RBC Royal Bank and Longo's continue to lend leadership support at the Gold Spoon sponsor level.
