Joanne Bailey, an engineer at Long M anufacturing is prepared to lose her w aist-length hair starting at 12:15 p.m. D epending on how much cash she can raise, she will be having her long thick hair cut off. She will donate it to be made into a wig for a child who has lost their own hair from cancer treat ment. The more cash is raised the m ore hair will com e off. Bailey is prepared to go totally bald if enough donations are made.
