The other entries were: White Chocolate Mousse topped with oranges, choco late covered banana pieces and chocolate sprinkles, pre pared by Jack Dallas, Chef and Food Service Manager at The Kensington; Chocolate Oblivion topped with an orange wedge from The Bearded Collie's new dessert menu created by Chef Todd Radford; Chocolate Molten Cake, dark chocolate filled with Belgian chocolate ganache with creme anglaise, topped with a single strawberry and served on a decorated plate by Matt Tait, Chef at Paradiso; Chocolate Creme Caramel with a spun sugar adornment by Chef James Tober of Seasons; Chocolate Meringue Mousse Torte created by Manni Kanthan, Owner and Chef of Benvenuto; Chocolate Truffle Mousse Cake topped with strawberries dipped in chocolate, was entered by Chef Sal Mercato of Cafd Galleria; and, Carob Cake made from chocolate substitute and without dairy products. from Ruby's Vegan Vegetarian Restaurant.
