Oakville Shriners deliver gifts to ErinoakKids There was holiday magic in the air at ErinoakKids Centre for Treatment and Development Monday, when members of the Oakville Shrine Club arrived with $2,031 in gift cards for children who are clients at ErinoakKids, and their families. Each year at the club's annual party, Oakville Shriners contribute to a gift package for ErinoakKids. This year, they stuffed a gift box with gift cards, which Shrine Club president Dennis Hladysh and member Doug Clouse delivered this week. "The visit from the Oakville Shriners is a wonderful holiday tradition that we gratefully welcome each year," said Bridget Fewtrell, president and CEO of ErinoakKids. "Gift cards are particularly appreciated at this time of year. They bring much-needed assistance to some of our client families so that they too have an opportunity to enjoy the holiday season through the gift of giving," Pauline Eaton, vice-president of Autism Services at ErinoakKids, receives a donation box stuffed with gift cards from said Fewtrell. The Shrine Club's act of generosity will Dennis Hladysh and Doug Clouse of the Oakville Shrine Club. The gift cards will be distributed to 92 families served by ErinoakKids. | photo courtesy ErinoakKids bring smiles to the faces of more than 90 families who receive this very special support.
