Appleby grad Lorito scores winner in pro hockey debut AA-1s win all-Oakville Tri-County final Oakville native Matt Lorito enjoyed a memorable professional hockey debut Saturday, scoring the winning goal late in regulation to help the American Hockey League's Albany Devils edge the Norfolk Admirals 4-3 in Albany, N.Y. Lorito, who signed an amateur tryout contract with the New Jersey Devils March 13, was inserted into Albany's lineup to provide a spark for a squad that had won just ve times in its previous 17 games.
