About 100 students, from all parts of Europe, enroll in one of BFE's 10 four-week programs throughout Central and Eastern Europe to learn conversational English. For the young participants, it operates similar to a student exchange, said Ligas. "The students have an opportunity to study in another country, "Most of these students have already studied English in high school, but they want to learn how to speak from native English speakers."
