At some point Monday evening or early Tuesday morning, suspects entered the construction site and made off with the heavy coils of copper wire. Police said there was likely more than one person involved in the theft and noted because of the large amount of copper wire stolen, the thieves would have needed a van or a truck to transport it. Of cers are checking the area for witnesses and any possible video surveillance that may have captured the theft.
