With an Oct. 19 federal election in the offing, three all-candidates meetings have been set for the Oakville and Oakville North-Burlington ridings. Oakville Chamber all-candidates' meeting The Oakville Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with TVCOGECO, the Oakville, Milton and District Real Estate Board, and Glen Abbey United Church, will host a federal candidates' debate for the Oakville and Oakville North-Burlington ridings on Tuesday, Oct. 6. Tomorrow (Saturday) and Aug. 29, the park will be at the Queen Elizabeth Park Community and Cultural Centre, 2302 Bridge Rd., from 1-4 p.m. On Aug. 22, it will make an appearance at Clearview Community Church, 2300 Sheridan Garden Dr., from 1-4 p.m. All locations are weather permitting.
