Botterill to speak at Healthy Living Show Ward 1 speeding issues meeting Three-time Olympic gold medallist Jennifer Botterill will deliver the keynote address at the Oakville Healthy Living Show taking place at the Glen Abbey Recreation Centre on Third Line today through Sunday (Sept. 11-13). The hockey star will be sharing her personal stories and how she leads a healthy lifestyle on Saturday (Sept. 12) at 2 p.m. She'll be among a lineup of experts who will be sharing healthy living practices and recommendations at the free event. Effective label reading at the grocery store and allergies will also be topics of discussion. "We are extremely proud and excited to be bringing this brand new event to Oakville," stated Sharon Jenkins, the show manager in a press release. "The Oakville Healthy Living Show will be an annual event that we believe will be very popular with both the public and with healthy-minded businesses. It is a super opportunity for local companies to get in on the ground floor of something very special." Exhibitors include Shoppers Drug Mart, Halton Healthcare Services, Oakvillegreen, Popeye's Supplements and others from massage therapy, chiropractors, naturopaths, physiotherapists, holistic nutrition, allergy experts, weight maintenance, personal training and medical acupuncture.
