Blades snap five-game winless streak Ryan Garvey scored in overtime to give the Oakville Blades a 5-4 win over the Pickering Panthers Tuesday at Buffalo's HarborCenter. Garvey's second goal of the Ontario Junior Hockey League contest came 2:33 into the extra session. Josh Kosack also scored twice for the Blades, his second goal tying the game 4-4 midway through the third period. Ethan Nother's first OJHL goal was Oakville's other marker. Brendan McGlynn stopped 19 of 23 shots to earn the victory in net for the Blades, snapping Oakville's fivegame winless streak.
