The Bronte Legion Veterans Parade will take place Sunday (Nov. 8), beginning at 10:30 a.m. The parade will march from the Bronte Legion Branch 486, at 79 Jones St., to the Bronte Cenotaph for a Remembrance Service. A lunch will follow at the Legion's clubroom. All are welcome. The Oakville Royal Canadian Legion Branch 114 will hold its parade and Remembrance Service on Wednesday, Nov. 11 (Remembrance Day) at the Cenotaph in George's Square.
