At first, when I called to learn about Th Women's Club, I didn't know what to expect. I made an appointment with JoJo to gT a tom in October/98. After my meeung with lojo 1 decided to join. A couple of days later 1 did a fitness evaluation with a kinesiologist, where I found out that was weighing in at 290 lbs. I sat down with her and we worked out a schedule for my personal and cardio train ing sessions. Everyone at the club has mouvated me in achieving at my goals in one wav or another and 1 will be forever thank ful for that. Now, as of August 1/991 have lost 105 lbs and I feel so much better than have in a logn time. Without the help of everyone at he Women's Club, I don't know if 1 would have gotten this far?
