Oakville Festivals is look for a few good films Deadline for submissions for OFFA's film festival April 1 The Oakville Festivals of Film and Art (OFFA) is now accepting submissions for its upcoming season. The deadline for entries is April 1. "OFFA welcomes submissions of many genres and we will be selecting films, documentaries, short films and animations for screening," according to the OFFA.
