Is Hollywood North moving west? Spring was just around the com er on Monday literally. If you were walking on Thomas or George Streets enjoying the lampposts decorated with Christm as wreaths, then turned onto Lakeshore Road, you banged right into spring. Baskets of spring flowers hung from the lamp posts and a large sign on the side of the bank announced a Spring Festival. Those strolling downtown on M onday also crossed the Canada/U.S. border in one short stride, as star-andstripes flags flapped in the wind alongside the flower baskets. Musicians who purchase a spot on Spring Spotlight get an introduction by Healey, a personalized code, and a 30- to 45-second sound clip to showcase their most current, and best music. The CD will be sent to all the record companies in North America for maximum exposure.
