Both the 15th annual Oakville Lifestyle Fall Home Show and the 2nd annual Oakville Healthy Living Show will be running side by side in separate arena surfaces September 9, 10, 11. One long meandering aisle will wind its way through both major events - and both are free admission all weekend! At the informative Healthy Living Show you can talk one on one with some of the area's finest businesses dedicated to "healthy" living. The keynote speaker is four-time Olympic medalist and kayaking champion Adam Van Koeverden who will be appearing Saturday, Sept. 10 at 2 p.m. Adam will be talking about his recent adventures at the Rio Olympics a few weeks ago, and how to maintain a positive mental attitude in all sports. He will be available afterwards for questions. Rumour has it he may even bring one his Olympic medals as well for a photo op! All weekend you will also be able to enjoy free educational seminars in the second arena presented by the Canadian Raptor Conservancy.
