Held on tomorrow (Friday, Oct. 21), the trails around Oakville's St. Volodymyr Cultural Centre, 1280 Dundas St. W., will be transformed with spooky displays for hundreds of runners, walkers and their families. Family-friendly Creepy Mile Donning running shoes and Halloween costumes, participants in the five-kilometre trail run and family-friendly Creepy Mile will tackle the darkened trails wearing headlamps and carrying flashlights as they make their way to the finish line. "Trek or Treat has become an event that families come back to year after year," said race director Marissa Schroder. "It's so great to see familiar faces returning each year. Many participants come with family members, friends and colleagues, which adds to the celebratory feeling at the race."
