The approving authority is: The expropriating authority is: Three Mississauga teens have been ac cused of pulling off gunpoint robberies in Mississauga, Brampton and Oakville, according to Halton Regional Police. Four teens were arrested in a Burling ton Starbucks on Thursday, Jan. 12. Halton Regional Police officers re ported spotting them walking away from a car bearing stolen licence plates that had been traced to the five hold ups. Hassan Ali, 18, has been charged with all five recent robberies, which took place at an Oakville Royal Bank, Mac' s Convenience stores in Bramp ton and Mississauga, a 7-11 in Missis sauga and a Hasty Market in Brampton. Ali faces 12 charges in total, including armed robbery, wearing a disguise and possession of stolen property in relation to the licence plate. A 16-year-old from Mississauga faces nine charges in connection with the four convenience store robberies and licence plate. A 17-year-old faces four charges in connection with the Royal Bank rob bery and licence plate. The fourth suspect, Ibrahim Mohamed, 18, of Mississauga faces one charge of possession of property ob tained by crime in relation to the licence plate. All four were held in custody for bail hearings. The youngest of the four cannot be named. Their identities are protected by provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
