Blood Brothers tells the unforget table story of the Johnstone twins. Separated at birth, when their mother could not afford to raise them both, Mickey and Edward grew up streets apart, becom ing best friends, but never knowing the truth. After childhood, divergent paths lead one brother to riches and the other to rags with lives that in tersect over the love of the same woman. H anging over this stun ning m usical is the chilling proph ecy that twins, who are separated at birth, will die on the day they dis cover the truth about who they are. The show features a cast of 24 performers with a nearly equal team backstage. In addition, the show 's m usic will be perform ed by a live band of six m usicians.
