The Oakville Aquatic Club sent a huge con tingent of six swimmers to Canada's Olympic trials, as well recounted in the Oakville Beaver. The focus, here, however, is on the aquatic club's future stars, who comprise the Level 1 and 2 programs. A not for profit organization, the Oakville Aquatic Club is dedicated to developing young people's potential in the sport of swimming. The club offers a range of programs, from learn to swim to national level. For membership info, call the club office at 842-0903. ... the Oakville Dolphins swim club The Oakville Dolphins swim club finished second overall at the Ontario division three team cham pionships this past spring which attracted 42 swimming clubs and 700 swimmers. The Dolphins are led by Craig Ross and Craig Lund who both represented Oakville at Canada's Olympic trials (as well recounted in the Oakville Beaver).
