Additionally, an opportunity exists to implement a second wastewater forcemain (WWFM) to provide redundancy and compliance with Halton Region's latest design standards. The map shows the approximate limits of the Study area. Accordingly, Halton Region initiated a Municipal Class Environmental Assessment Study (Class EA) which considered a wide range of WWPS and WWFM upgrade alternatives in order to select the most appropriate station design concept and forcemain alignment. The impact o f the upgrade alternatives on social, cultural, economic and natural environments are being evaluated and assessed during the Study. 3 Youifflifl R id eD o n 't H id einH a lto n th isS u n d a y Thousands of Canadians are set to ride their bikes in Canada' s largest cycling fundraiser for mental health on Sunday, June 25 in communities throughout the country for the Canadian Mental Health Association' s (CMHA) 6th an nual Ride Don't Hide event. Ride Don't Hide - Halton will start at The Mohawk Inn and Conference Cen tre in Campbellville and will include 7 km, 45-km, 20-km, and 75-km cycling routes through the Niagara Escarp ment, as well as a 3-km nature walk. In any given year, one in five, or ap proximately seven million Canadians, experience a mental health problem or illness, but only one-third will seek help -- often due to the discrimination and stigma around mental illness. The Ride Don't Hide movement aims to help overcome the stigma by creating a welcoming and inclusive community of hope and empowerment, to open up conversations around mental health and to raise $1.6 million in 2017 to sup port mental health programs for all. The ride is open to cyclists of all ages and skill levels. Registration and dona tions can be made at www.haltonride.ca. CMHA Halton Region Branch pro vides support to people who have men tal health and/or addiction concerns.
