KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES · Operation of a 19 pocket Muller Martini Alphaliner Inserting machine. · Delivery and removal of product flow · Maintain a safe, clean work area and machine · Remove empty skids, strapping, etc · General operation of machine/equipment · Including pocket feeder/stacker duties as required · Assist Production Manager / Mailroom Supervisors in set up, trouble shooting and maintenance of equipment · Performing the responsibilities of a pocket feeder while machine is running · Responsible for controlling the start and stop of the machine · Responsible for routine maintenance of the machine · Other duties as assigned by senior management. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR · Relevant experience in the industry, supervisory experience an asset. · Muller Martini Certification or previous machine operation experience · Previous experience working with machinery and be mechanically inclined. Ability to work in a deadline driven environment · Action Oriented, Delegation, Problem Solving, Planning, Process Management · Ability to maintain speed and accuracy against established targets · Computer literacy, working knowledge of MS Office applications · Demonstrate leadership and communication skills a must · Proficiency in written and spoken English · Health and Safety knowledge and experience preferred. · We are looking for a few individuals to have flexibility with their schedule.
